Miss washerwomen: unmarried sepia
Miss Washerwomen
(The idea behind this title is that every time I thought that sepia is washerwomen which are married but when I got results for these cases for amenorrhea, then I believe that sepia could be unmarried women. A female of 19 years, unmarried presented with the following
Chief Complaints :
Female Genital: Since 6 months.
Dysmenorrhea++
Lower abdominal pain, Bending forward
Pain radiates from lower abdomen to left leg with swelling+
Amenorrhea+
Menses late after 2 & 2 1/2 months.
Too long last for 7 days.
Irregular++
Associated Complaints :
Wants to be alone menses during, irritability,
Loss of appetite,
Does not want to talk with other.
Mind
Emotional :
Weeping ++, involuntary, < consolation++ Keep much expectation from other, get sad when disappointed, like to be appreciated. Mental state Anger : Contradiction Sadness : Disappointment from Love : Small child, treat them as her own child Hate : Those who offended him. Fear : Water, opposite sex. Fright : pain during menses Generals : Appetite : Decreased. Thirst : N Craving : Pickles++, ice creams+ Stool : N Urine : N Sleep : N Dreams : Daily routine, falling in to the Water. Systemic Face : Pale, anemic Thermal: Weather/Season : like rainy, lightning++ Sun : Heat causes vertigo Bath : Tepid water Covering : Whole body Thermal State : C4H1 Female Menses: Menarche/LMP/Menopause/Cycle : 13 years of age, first painful, later normal Menses Before : pain in lower abdomen Menses During : irritability, loss of appetite, wants to be alone Life space: She is from middle class family from Hindu community, having 2 SISTER, a BROTHER; childhood was healthy& good. Now learning in S.Y.B.A. Mother is quite dominating, but she is too close to her father, she share all the things with father, 7 month before her elder sister marry against her family. Her sister did inter cast love marriage. Since then her family is more concern about her & her sister marriage, her father said that this season I will marry both of my daughter. Since then she fears getting early marriage, more pessimistic about her thoughts. She weeps a lot, involuntary weeping, < consolation. She says that my father gives us punishment about what my elder sister did. Keeps lots of expectation from other, but get disappointed when it does not fulfill. She want appreciations, complements from other all the time, she is dancer & likes to dance all the time, >dancing. She is quite obstinate & some time there is anger from contradiction. Always working in water, washing cloths, Utensils in her daily routine life, Works about 3-4 hrs in water. She said ‘I am fed of this routine life.
She loves & cares children as if her own child.
She has a nephew of 8 months old. She is very much attaching to him. Because his mother doing a job & she has no time to look after him. So she has looked him till she came from her job in evening. She said ‘why I am doing all this for him, he is not my own child’.
Indifferent to love one.
Past History :
Measles, skin eruption disappeared from local application in childhood.
Investigation:
USG: suggestive of normal.
Provisional diagnosis:
Amenorrhorea / Dysmenorrhorea
Miasmatic interpretation:
Syco- syphilitic miasm (tubercular)

Decided to marry the man her father shown. No medicine follow ups SOS.
In this case I want to share some of my observation- after second dose of sepia, patient developed skin eruption & also the breast abscess. Skin eruption here we consider cure takes place hearing law of direction of cure. But breast abscess she never had before, after thorough counseling she explained me that when she has breast abscess before me she had shown to a lady gynecologist & gynecologist told her that breast abscess developed because of milk secreting gland started secreting milk due to hormonal changes in your body which is quite interesting to me in this case. Because the situation came in her life she was getting very attach to her nephew. She considers that her nephew is her own child so without bearing a child she becomes a mother & started lactating and therefore this had to be treated.
